This is the best, easiest raw vegan meat substitute I have had the pleasure to make and eat.
I am amazed at the flavor and how well it works as a raw vegan meat substitute.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup raw walnuts (soaked, rinsed, drain)
1/2 cup sun dried tomato
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp dried garlic
sea salt
Optional spice up
Chipotle chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Cumin
Directions
Process all ingredients in a food processor at a medium speed.
When it reaches small bits and is mixed very well you are done.
It's that simple.
