Ingredients You'll Need
4 lg whole wheat tortillas
2 tsp.reduced calorie mayo
12 slices ready to serve bacon
2 tomatos, sliced
Spread each tortillas with the mayo. Microwave six slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp. Repeat with another 6 slices.
Place 3 slices of bacon on each tortilla and top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato. Roll each tortilla burrito style. Cut in half (two halves equal one serving)
