Wendy's wonderful Velveeta roll
Why I Love This Recipe
My husband's uncle who is a great cook does this recipe all the time for gatherings.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 2lb. package of Velveeta- at room temperature
1 lb. sausage browned
2 japs seeded and diced
1 pkg.cream cheese
guacamole optional
Directions
Roll velveeta out into a rectangle.
Mix other ingredients and spread down the middle of the velveeta.
Fold edges together and place seam side down on a serving platter. Serve with crackers.
We usually use a stencil and make a design with paparika on the top. You can mix all kinds of ingredients in this to fityour taste. This is addicting.
