"A 1 lb loaf of Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread"

Why I Love This Recipe

This is a bread for everyday to make every thing from your breakfast toast to a sandwich for lunch to garlic bread for dinner.

Ingredients You'll Need

Grandmas Gluten Free Bread Mix for 1 lb. loaf
3/4 c. milk
2 T. olive oil (or oil of your choice)
2 eggs

Directions

Heat milk in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour milk into bowl of stand mixer and start mixer on low. Add oil and eggs, beat. Turn off mixer and add bread mix. Stir until moistened. Turn mixer back on and beat well. Meanwhile well grease sides of a 1 lb. size bread loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. (I completely line my bread pans with parchment paper). Or you can make 1 dozen rolls or slider buns in a cup cake pan, greasing sides and lining bottoms with parchment paper (or use capcake papers). Put dough into pan and set aside in a warm place for about 1 hour to raise, it will raise over the top of the pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 F for 20 minutes for rolls or sliders and 30 minutes for loaf. Immediately remove to wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
