White Chocolate Guilty Pleasure
Why I Love This Recipe
This is a little treat of a recipe that was passed on to me. It has never failed being a serious HIT at every party I have ever served it at! And best of all...it is easy! It can also be bagged and presented as parting gifts or favors!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup Rice Krispies
1cup mini marshmallows
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup Captain Crunch Cereal
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 box of white chocolate bakers chocolate.
Directions
In a bowl combined all ingredients except chocolate.
Melt chocolate in microwave according to package directions.
Pour chocolate over mixture in bowl and mix carefully using spatula, making sure all ingredients are coated with chocolate.
Lay mixture on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and place in the refrigerator until hardened.
Once hardened, break into pieces (chunks) and put out in a bowl!
Delicious!
