Whole Grain Pita Egg Sandwich

This is my go-to breakfast option. It is quick, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Whole grain pita (half)
2 Eggs or egg whites
1 Slice American cheese
1/2 cup red and green peppers
1/4 cup onions
Directions
Set stove to medium heat
Whisk eggs in a bowl
Add eggs to skillet and add peppers and onions
Cook about 2 minutes and flip
Cook until eggs are cooked thoroughly
Add cheese
Toast the pita in a toaster
Add Eggs, vegetables, and cheese in the pita
Serve with ketchup or your other favorite condiment
