4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 cups milk
2 cups cheese (cheddar, mozzarella-grated)
Parmesan Cheese (topping)
Directions
1.) Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat.
2.) Whisk in flour and keep whisking for 1-2 min till roux starts to darken.
3.) Turn heat down to low; quickly whisk in milk, turn heat back to medium, whisk till dark.
4.) Mix in cheeses till melted then mix with noodles.
