Why I Love This Recipe

easy healthy recipe while still enjoying your favorite foods


Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups whole wheat macaroni
4 tbsp butter
2 cups mozzarella and cheddar cheese
4 tbsps. whole-wheat flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese for topping


Directions

1.melt butter in saute pan over medium heat

2.whisk in flour and keep whisking for 1-2 minutes until roux starts to darken

3.turn heat down to low; quickly whisk in milk and turn heat back to medium; whisk until thick

4.mix in cheeses until melted then mix in boiled macaroni
