Why I Love This Recipe

this isn't normal rice it's a little wild


Ingredients You'll Need

1 (8 oz) package pepperidge farm dressing mix
1 (6 oz) package cornbread mix
1 (6 oz) package long grain and wild rice mix (original recipe)
1 stick butter
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 Tbs poultry seasoning
1 (15 oz) can chicken broth
8 slices fully cooked turkey breast sliced thin enough to roll
1 jar turkey gravy


Directions

Cook cornbread and rice per directions and set aside.


Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.


Mix together the cornbread, cooked rice, dressing mix, onions, and celery.


Season with poultry seasoning.


Moisten with chicken broth.


Spoon dressing on turkey cutlet and roll up from small end.


Place in a baking dish and top with turkey gravy mixed with a little chicken broth.


Bake at 325 for 30 minutes to 45 minutes or until brown around the edges
