Wild Rice with Mushrooms

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups water
2 cups dry white wine
1 pkg long grain and wild rice mix
1 tsp dried sage
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and onions, cook 8 minutes, stirring frequently until mushrooms are tender. Stir in garlic, cook 1 minute.
Stir in water and wine, bring just to a boil. Stir in rice, spice sack, and sage. Cover; reduce heat to low.
Simmer 30-35 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat, stir in parsley.
