Why I Love This Recipe

This is definitely not for anyone trying to lower their cholesterol!!! This is absolutely the best Irish Cream EVER!!!!!! My brother is the one to thank for this one. Where he found it, I haven't a clue! Let me just warn you! This one is hard to stop after just one!!! So please appoint a designated driver!! No joke!! I'm not much of a drinker, myself. Especially whisky!! Blechchch!!! But this is simply wonderful!!

My brother made this and gave it as gifts to everyone several years ago. It has become a favorite holiday after dinnner treat!! Enjoy! But also be responsible!!

Ingredients You'll Need

3 pastuerized eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 Tb.chocolate syrup
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 c. cream (Not Old Fashioned)
1/8 tsp. almond extract
10 oz. blended Irish whisky

Directions

In a blender on low, blend eggs well. Add milk and syrup, blending for 3 minutes. Add coffee and almond extract and blend 1 minute. Add cream and blend for about 20 seconds or just until mixed. Add whisky and blend just enough to mix everthing together. IT IS IMPORTANT that after adding cream that you do not over blend, because the cream will turn to butter!!! Store in refrigerator. Shake thoroughly before serving. Serve over ice!!
