Won-Ton Brunch Cups

Why I Love This Recipe
Won-Ton skins can be so versatile. This is nice for a brunch or an appetizer.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkg won-ton skins
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz ranch dressing
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
chopped green peppers, black olives and onion to taste
Directions
Lightly spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
Place won-tons in muffin tins to form cup and bake at 350º for 5 min.
Brown meats,peppers, onions, olives, etc.
Combine all ingredients.
Fill won-ton cups with one heaping tablespoon of filling and bake 5 more minutes.
(It works better to take the won-ton shells out of the muffin pans and then fill and bake on a cookie sheet).
