Why I Love This Recipe

Yakisoba is a popular festival food. I will write vegetarian recipe, but you can add sliced pork to make it non vegetarian.

Ingredients You'll Need

Yakisoba noodle (usually one package contains 3 packs of noodles)
1 small carrot
1 bell pepper
1/4 cabbage
1 small onion
Yakisoba sauce (if you can't find the Yokisoba sauce, there is Yakisoba package that contains Yakisoba powder to mix in. Alternatively you can make it by mixing 3 table spoons Chuno sauce with 1/2 table spoon oyster sauce)

Directions

1:Prepare the vegetables: slice onion, bell pepper, and carrot thinly; cut cabbage into 2"squares

2:In a large frying pan, add oil and heat at medium high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and carrot and cook about 1-2 minutes. Then add cabbage and cook until vegetables are wilted.

3:Add noodles. When noodles get loose and soft, keep stirring to mix with vegetables, then add sauce and mix well for couple of more minutes.
