Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup of flour
1 egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp of melted butter
1/8 tsp of salt
beef or pork drippings or vegetable oil

Sift flour with salt in a large bowl. Hollow out the center, drop in the egg and 1/2 of the liquids (not the drippings or oil). Mix from the center, egg and water first, then add remaining milk, Add the melted butter. Beat very well, preferably with a beater, until smooth and shiny. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Pour 1 tsp of drippings or oil into each muffin tin and place into a hot oven (450 degrees) unitl heated. Open the oven door and pull out the rack but leave inside the oven.
