This recipe was shared to me by a CSA partner who came across this easy summer vegetable dip in a magazine. Her teens loved it so she shared it. We made it and also loved it so we thought we would share it! It's great with carrots and other vegetable sticks.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 small glove of garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp cumin
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Enjoy!
