Zesty Roast Beef Party Sandwiches

Directions

Rub roast with Worcestershire sauce, then with hands rub well with mustard.

Bake at 350°, basting occasionally with Worcestershire sauce, to desired doneness.

After roast has browned, add a little water to keep it from burning, then baste with drippings.

Let roast set 15 minutes before slicing. Slice very

thin.

Serve on tiny, sliced buns or biscuits.
