8 oz Uncooked Small Tube Pasta, or of choice
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
3/4 cup Onion, Diced
3/4 cup Green Pepper, Diced
28 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
Jalapenos, Minced
1 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp Chili Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
Directions
*Cook pasta according to package directions
*Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet, cook the beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
*Add the tomatoes, jalapenos, honey, chili powder, and salt; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
*Drain pasta; add to beef mixture
*Add sour cream; cook and stir until heated through (do not boil)
