Zucchini Bake

Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups thin sliced or shredded zucchini
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic (chopped or mined)
4 or 5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup oil
½-3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix together thoroughly.
Grease 9x13” pan and bake at 350 for ½ hour or until top is slightly brown.
