Zucchini Bread

Tastes even better when you add chocolate chips or nuts!
Ingredients You'll Need
3 - cups of flour
1/2 - tsp salt
1 - tsp baking soda
2 - tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 - tsp nutmeg
1 - cup white sugar
1 - cup brown sugar
3/4 - cup of veg oil
1/4 - cup cashew milk
1 - tsp vanilla extract
3 - cups shredded zucchini [let sit in strainer for 45 min after shredding]
3 - tbs flax seed
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together.
Now combine both wet and dry ingredients, folding together.
Add mixture to a greased pan [2- 9x5] and bake in oven at 325F for 1 hour. If toothpick comes out clean, remove and let cool before serving.
