Zucchini Casserole

Best if you use fresh zucchini from your garden!
Ingredients You'll Need
3 - EGGS
1 - TSP OREGANO [DRIED]
1 - TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 - TSP SALT
1/2 - CUP VEGETABLE OIL
1 - MEDIUM ONION [CHOPPED]
1 1/2 - CUPS BISQUICK
1 1/4 - CUP CHEESE [GRATED]
4 - CUPS ZUCCHINI [GRATED]
Directions
COMBINE ALL OF YOUR INGREDIENTS AND POUR THEM INTO AN 8X10 GLASS DISH.
TOP WITH EXTRA CHEESE AND ANY GARNISH YOU WANT.
BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 50-60 MINUTES, LET STAND FOR FIVE MINUTES AND THEN SERVE.
