2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup cooking oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups grated zucchini-do not peel
6 oz. chocolate bits
Directions
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt, set aside.
Cream oil, oleo, sugar, add eggs & beat in vanilla. Add dry ingredients and milk, beat until fluffy.
Add zucchini, pour into greased pan-13x9.
Sprinkle with nuts & chocolate bits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. (Bake 15 minutes longer in angel food pan.)
