4 pieces cod
3/4 tsp fine salt
1/4 ts ground black pepper
3 tbsp melted unsalted butter divided with a lemon
1/4 cup diced whole wheat crumbs
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Directions
1. preheat oven 425 line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. sprinkle cod with salt and pepper and arrange on the baking sheet drizzle it with half the butter oil and lemon juice
3. in a small bowl combine bread crumbs parsley and chives
4. sprinkle the mixture over the cod and drizzle with remaining butter and lemon juice
5. bake until bread crumbs are crisped and cod flakes about 12 minutes
