Why I Love This Recipe
I got this recipe from my mom.. NOt sure if it came from a book or else where..but if its from a book it has to be from Better homes and gardens Meat book..so tasty it melts off the bone...
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 stick butter (4 tablspns)
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
6 to 8 piece chicken parts
Directions
melt butter in roasting pan your going to use..or put in pot over stove
add all the ingrediants after that stirring till desolved..
saturate each chicken piece
and put in to roasting pan
if you need more mixture dab it during cooking or pour left over on chicken
check in oven and turn at half hour
oven at 375 degrees
