chicken stew--mexican style

Why I Love This Recipe
I've had this recipe so long, I don't know where I got it.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
2 c shredded chicken that has been boiled with 1/4 onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 c frozen corn
1 can green chiles, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 c fresh cilantro
Directions
Saute onion in oil. Stir in chicken and next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil and reducse heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or cornbread.
