Directions

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Add boiling water and whisk until smooth.

Bake: Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
