Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 2-lb. bag of shrim or crawfish tails (peeled and cooked)
1 small green pepper
1 bunch green onions
1/2 chopped yellow onion
1/2 c. diced mushrooms
1 -1 1/2 can cream mushroom soup
2-3 T. butter
1 lb. Mexican Velveta cheese
garlic,basil,parsley,chili seasoning,salt and pepper (add to taste)
Directions
Cook sausage till done and break into small pieces. Drain excess fat,saute peppers,onion and mushrooms in butter. Add seafood and diced Velveta. Cook untl cheese is melted. Add mushroom soup and simmer10-15 minutes,stirring often. Serve with crackes or frito chips
