Ingredients You'll Need
2 beef bouillion cubes
2 1/4 c boiling water
1 c regular long grain rice
1 c carrot slices
2 tbsp green onion slices
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 8 oz package cream cheese, cubed
2 tbsp real mayonnaise
Directions
Dissolve bouillion in water in saucepan; add rice, veggies, margarine and dill weed. Cover, simmer 20 mintues or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and mayo; stir until cream cheese is melted.
