Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 c butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 c flour
3 tbsp fresh basil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil pesto
1 1/2 c milk
can of diced tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato past
1/2 c grated parm cheese
Directions
1) In pot melt butter, add garlic and cook one 1 min and flour and whisk
2) add basil, sugar, salt, pesto and cook for 1 min
3) add milk and whisk until thickened
4) add tomatoes, tomato paste, and parm. cheese then serve
