Mac and cheese in a crockpot
Ingredients You'll Need
2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tbsp cut into pieces
2 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
2. Drain
3. In a medium saucepan, mix butter and cheese
4. Stir until the cheese melts
5. In a slow cooker combine ingredients and stir well
6. add drained macaroni and stir again
7. set the slow cooker on low for 4 hours stirring occasionally
