Flaky sea salt

Directions
grate garlic on a cheese grater.
Mix in a medium bowl with herbs, pickles, pickle brine, and 5 Tbsp. oil.
Season green sauce with salt and pepper.
Swirl remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in a large nonstick skillet to coat.
Season fish generously on both sides with salt and cumin and lay, in cold skillet.
Cook fillet on medium heat for 8–12 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish, flip half-way through
Spoon green sauce onto a platter and carefully set fish, on top. Sprinkle with sea salt.
