Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup blanch broccoli forest
2 cups brown rice
2 tsp oil
2 tsp final coped garlic
2 whole dry hash-min red chilies
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tsp finaly chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp say salsa
Directions
1. to make broccoli fried rice, heat the oil in a broad non stick pan,add the garlic and dry red chilled and the salsa in a medium flame for 30 seconds.
2.add the onions, ginger and green chilles and the sulate sausa on a medium flame for 30 seconds
3. add brown rice,and say salsa and salt mix and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins.
