Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb (453 g) strawberries tops removed and quartered
▢3 cups (453 g) chopped pineapple (typically 1 pineapple for me)
▢2 cups red grapes cut in half at equator (10oz)
▢1 cup (198 g) mandarin orange slices 7oz
▢3 kiwis peeled, cut into slices, and halved
▢1 ½ cups (226 g) fresh blueberries 8 oz
Dressing (optional)
▢¼ cup (60 ml) honey
▢2 Tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice I typically need 2 limes for this
▢1 teaspoon poppy seeds


Directions

Combine all fruits in a large mixing bowl and toss until well combined.
1 lb (453 g) strawberries,3 cups (453 g) chopped pineapple,2 cups red grapes,1 cup (198 g) mandarin orange slices,3 kiwis,1 ½ cups (226 g) fresh blueberries

In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds until smooth and well-combined.
¼ cup (60 ml) honey,2 Tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice,1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Pour dressing evenly over fruit. Gently stir ingredients together once more to distribute dressing evenly over salad.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
