Ingredients You'll Need

1 box pie crust
1 tbsp pie filling (per pie)
1 tps cinnamon (optional)
2 1/2 powder suger
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg white,beaten


Directions

1. per heat oven to 425,line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. roll out pie crust until smooth + even,cut crust out of dough
3.using a 1 tsp, drop each pie filling into the center of each pie,brush each eges of the pies with water, and the pinch the eges of each pies, and then poke a hole with a fork on top of the pie.
4.beat egg white in a small bowl until frothen, brush the tops of the pies with the egg.
5.bake on parchment paper lined baking sheet for 15 mins.
while the pies are baking make the powerder suger.
