"creamy pototes and fraiche"

Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 15 minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

doesn't use mayo to make it creamy

it uses fraiche


Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/4 lb baby new potatoes
3 tbsp creme fraiche
3 tbsp yugurt
2 tbsp freshly chopped chives


Directions

wash and cut any larger potatoes in half


cook in pan of lightly salted boiling water for 12-15 minutes


drain and allow to cool
place in a bowl


in a small bowl mix together the creme fraiche yogurt and fresh chives


genitally stir the chive mixture into the potatoes season to taste
keep fridgerated until ready to serve
