15g instant yeast
dash of sugar
powder milk 2 Tbsp
salt to taste
2Tbsp butter
200ml warm water

combine all the ingredients together to form a soft wet dough let proof for 45min reknead it for 5min shape and put in pullman load pan with sliding lid proof to your choice bake in oven till brown top remember when the loaf is 3/4 baked remove the lid for browning happy baking
