Why I Love This Recipe

This simple smoothie is so delicious and the perfect little pick me up and energizer. Great to have mid morning or afternoon to kick any cravings and provide the body with nourishing fuel.


Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut cream
1 cup raspberries
Ice
2 soaked apricots and 1 tablespoon of the juice or just some honey
1 cup water


Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
