1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp dried sage, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1. in a medium saucepan, cook mushrooms, rice, and green pepper in margine until green pepper is tender
2. remove from heat
3. stir in broth, water, sage, and pepper.
4.bring to a bowl reduce heat
5. cover, and simmer about 15 mins or until tender
6. remove from heat and then cover for heat.
