the best stuffed mushrooms

Why I Love This Recipe
My friend Johhny hates goat cheese and hates mushrooms, but he loves these!
Ingredients You'll Need
9 stuffing portabellos
1/2 cup goat cheese
1/2 cup parm. reggeono
3 sprigs of thyme
1/2 cup garlic oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375
scoop out the insides of the mushrooms and layer in the baking dish.
Spread goat cheese in the mushrooms.
Sprinkle Thyme on top.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Put the mushrooms in the baking dish and pour a drizzle of garlic oil over each. Bake 18 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
