~^Angel's^~ Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Why I Love This Recipe
These were made for the love of cinnamon, and left over flour tortillas I had after making "Easy-Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas".
Ingredients You'll Need
Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 slices each- any desired amount
Butter or Margarine, softened- for spreading
Sugar- for topping
Cinnamon- for topping
*Ginger or Nutmeg- for topping
*Anti-stick Cooking Spray
1) Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a pizza pan (or thick Broiler Pan if available) with anti-stick spray; set aside.
2) Generously spread butter over each flour tortilla wedge; place onto prepared pan.
3) Sprinkle each tortilla wedge generously with sugar, cinnamon, and *ginger/nutmeg.
4) Bake 3-5 minutes, or until edges of wedges are crisp and bottoms lightly brown.
These can be easily made in the toaster oven! Great as appetizers too!
