Why I Love This Recipe

Seasoned for someone's 40th Birthday dinner!

Ingredients You'll Need

3 (aap 1 1/4 lb total) Eye of Round Steaks, trimmed if desired, and tenderized with mallet

Simple Marinade:
2 tsp Steak Seasoning (usually containing Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper, Caraway Seed, Dill Weed, Cardamon, and Minced Dry Onion)
1/4 tsp Oregano or Marjoram
1 1/2 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Optional Seasonings for the Marinade:
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Cumin Powder
1/8 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Dry Onion Flakes
1/8 tsp Onion Powder


1) For Marinade: In a measuring cup or small mixing bowl, mix together all seasonings you will be using, along with the oil, vinegar, and sauce.

2) Place steaks in a stainless steel bowl. Pour Marinade over each steak, then flip them over, to fully coat each equally.

3) Cover bowl with Saran Wrap and Refrigerate at least for 3 hours to rest and marinate properly. For an extra tender steak, try to marinate overnight!

4) Cook steaks as desired, until it reaches how well-done you prefer. (If using a counter-top grill, cook at 275-300°F to prevent oil from popping!)
