"Buckeye's Cookies Or Candies"

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe my family have been making for over thiry-one years. The recipe came from a local cooking show here in Lansing Michigan.Every year when we make these. The one thing you will need to now is when it's time to roll them into balls you want to make sure the size of the balls don't get overly big the size of these cookies or candies should be at least no bigger then a quarter, but no bigger then a half dollar coin.Or in other words it's not hard to make them the size of walnuts. And this is something you are trying to void of doing that very much.
Ingredients You'll Need
2Lbs.Peanut Butter
1Lbs.Butter
3Lbs.Confectionary sugar
2/3 slab of parafin
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 oz.semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
The first three ingredients and only of the buckeye's you make sure that all of the them are blended together very well. After you have the butter, peanutbutter and confectionary sugar mixture creamy together. Before even making the balls they should be very cold with the mixture being cold it's makes it easier to roll them into balls.Even when you are done the next thing is put them back in the refrigtrator. So that the time of the dipping in the chocolate mixtre they will stay on the skewer or dipping a fork. The last step to do is the dip of the candies or cookies. This step more then anything is the step to make them looking like they are buck's eye's.
