"In the Top 5" Fish Recipe

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is for haddock, but it turns out we don't especially like haddock, as it turns out. It might be good with flounder, and I guess potentially tilapia
Ingredients You'll Need
2 mild green chili peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1 box of cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
2lbs fish fillet
Directions
1. Chop the mild chili peppers and jalapeno peppers in the Cuisinart
2. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes
3. In a small bowl, mix together the grapeseed oil, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and chili powder. Add the diced peppers and combine well. Then add the quartered tomatoes.
4. Place the fillets in a 13-in x 9-in baking dish coated with cooking spray, then pour sauce over fish
5. Either let the fish marinade for 30 min-1 hr, or place immediately in an oven set to 350 F.
6. Cook fish for 20-25 min until it flakes with a knife
