"Sunday Stuffed Yellow Chilli Pepper"
Why I Love This Recipe
My sweet wife makes them every sunday. They go well with football and beer and sometimes nascar. When cooked they fill the air with a pepper-bacon smell that cannot be ignored.
Ingredients You'll Need
12 yellow chilli peppers
2 boxes cream cheese
2 packages of bacon
12 tooth picks
Cut each pepper making them look like little boats.
Take out all of the seeds with a spoon and stuff each pepper with cream cheese.
Wrap bacon around each pepper poking a tooth pick through to hold it together.
Place the peppers on a screen raised baking pan ready for cooking.
