Ingredients You'll Need
4 bone in pork chops (1/2 inch thick ) (used 6 small boneless, multiplied everything by 0.5)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 med onion, sliced or chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped (maybe only 1)
1 large green pepper sliced (omitted)
1 can stewed tomatoes (used Italian diced.. don't like stewed)
1/2 c ketchup
2 TBS cider vinegar
2 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
1 TBS lemon juice
1 beef bouillion cube
2 TBS corn starch
2 TBS water
Directions
spray crock pot w non=stick
place chops in crock pot
sprinkle w salt & pepper
add the onions, celery,green peppers, tomatoes (drained them)
combine the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, W sauce, lemon juice, & boullion in a separate bowl
Pour over veggies
Cook covered on low 8-10 hrs until tender (did on high instead for a while)
Mix cornstarch & water until smooth
stir into liquid in slow cooker
cover and cook high for 30 min or until thickened
serve w/ rice (I did fried rice)
