'Super' Macaroni Salad
  • 1 pound Rotini or shells
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • Sugar, to taste
  1. In a large saucepan, cook the macaroni according to package directions. Remove from heat and drain. Place in a container with a lid and chill. Combine the pasta with the vegetables. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients together. Mix well. Toss with macaroni and vegetables.
