"CRAB" AND SPINACH CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 lb. frozen imitation crab
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
