Épis (Homemade Seasoning)
INGREDIENTS
  • Preparation Time: 25 minutes
  • Scallions
  • Garlic
  • Bell peppers (all the colors)
  • 1 cup of mustard
  • 1 cup of matouk’s
  • A small bottle of mabel’s green seasoning
  • Parsley
  • Cilantro
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp of ginger
  • 2 Chicken & 2 beef bouillon cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add everything in a blender. Make sure to put enough olive oil to blend. Then put in refrigerator.
