10 minute veggie chili
INGREDIENTS
  • One can of each of the following:
  • 15oz black beans
  • 15oz pinto beans
  • 15oz kidney beans
  • 15oz diced tomatos
  • your prefered veggie ground/soy ground
  • a packet of chili seasoning
  • *i prefer simply organic's spicy chili
  • OPTIONAL(because we like it hot):habanaro flakes, or a fresh jalapeno, white pepper or your favorite pepper!
DIRECTIONS
  1. This is such a simple recipe for busy people who like homemade dinners even on the weekdays! I came up with it one night searching through my pantry for something I could throw together FAST!

  12. Throw it all together in a big pot over medium/high and the rest is history. It goes really well with corn bread muffins and honey!
