2 week Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 T. soda
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 6 beaten eggs
DIRECTIONS
- In small bowl disslove yeast in a little warm water. Mix all ingredients together, except the eggs.
- Add the eggs last and mix throughly.
- Cook on a hot griddle.
- These can be kept up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. If batter becomes too thick you can add additional buttermilk.
- Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit.
