2 week Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 T. soda
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 6 beaten eggs
DIRECTIONS
  1. In small bowl disslove yeast in a little warm water. Mix all ingredients together, except the eggs.
  2. Add the eggs last and mix throughly.
  3. Cook on a hot griddle.
  4. These can be kept up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. If batter becomes too thick you can add additional buttermilk.
  5. Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit.
