24 hour layered salad

- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1 package frozen, defrosted peas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 slices bacon crispy and broken into pieces
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- This is best presented in a clear straight sided bowl
- Wash and dry lettuce, slicing and putting on bottom of bowl
- Place next layer of egg, spreading evenly
- Lay next layer of peas
- Sprinkle cheese over top of peas
- Put last layer of bacon over top
- Mix together mayo and sugar well, then "frost" over salad making sure that it is covered entirely.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and when you get to your destination, mix and serve!
